Steps to Change the IP Address
Note: Refer to the CUCM 9.x+ and ELM - License Upgrade and Installation article for more information.

Access the Communications Manager (CM) Administration web page. Use the drop-down menu in order to choose System > Server.
Click the Find button and choose the Publisher.

Enter the new IP address in the Host Name / IP Address field.

Click OK and wait for the page to refresh.

Navigate to the CLI and enter set network gateway at the admin prompt.

Perform reboots and restarts as required when prompted.
Navigate to the CLI and enter set network ip eth0 at the admin prompt.

Perform reboots and restarts as required when prompted.
Wait approximately 15 to 20 minutes for everything to reboot and come back up.
Log in to the CLI and the console GUI with the new IP address.
Enter show network cluster in the CLI window and verify that the new address is listed.

Open the Unified Reporting tool and use the Unified CM Database Status menu item in order to verify the settings. Ensure that you click Generate New Report every time that you use this page.

Verify that the new IP address appears everywhere it should in order to ensure that the IP address change is successful.
